HP Envy 5540

My printer continuously prints out blank pages whether I scan or print something.  It’s only been used once.  The cartridges are brand new.  Everything else seems to run just fine. I have done the cartridge cleaning mode and everything else the actual device could possibly do. HELP PLEASE!
