Printer issue

HP Officejet 4630 AIO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Black cartridge works fine. Color cartridge only prints yellow. Printer diagnostic shows about 1/4 full in the color cartridge and 3/4 full in the black.  Print doctor says both cartridge levels are ok. I assume all I need to do is replace the color cartridge. I have done everything else that has been recommended. Any ideas?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the replacement options for your ink cartridge/service options for your printer.
