Printer issues


Error message on printer says to register

I am registered

Notification in my account asks for claim code

Obtain claim code by printing the print info summary

But printer will not print this page to get code!!

Please follow the instructions in this Link: to update the printer firmware


Next Disable Web Services and Re-enable it


1. On the printer click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner of the display.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Remove/Disable/Turn Off  Web Services.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions
5. Restart your Printer and from the main screen click on the Web Services icon again. 


The printer should print out a page with a new claim code on it that can be used to connect the printer to HP Connected once again
