I have a HP Photosmart 6250 printer. Following instructions from Virtual Agent, cleaned the print head and aligned the cartridges. Before doing that all of the colors, except black showed in the quality diagnostic. After following instructions the diagnostic shows that both black and magenta are not printing. These are new cartridges. How do I get this fixed?
