Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I am using Mac computer, OfficeJet Pro 8710 jam when I try printing 160gm A4 card paper.  The printer only have 1 tray.  I have research and read that it can print A4 thick speciality paper. I have empty paper tray and put 2 pieces of thicker paper.  Can someone help.

Maximum for A4 is 105gsm plain paper.
