In the last few weeks, when I try to print with my HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer, both the low ink lights, the Bluetooth button, the Resume button, and Power Button all brink at the same time. It seems to happen when I try to print from anything that is not web-based. And once it crashes I have to remove the battery and unplug it before it will reboot. But I try to print again and it just crashes again. Nothing on the website seems to tell me what's wrong.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printer issue.
Let's try these steps to reset the printer -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
