I have had the printer for a while and it was all OK. I accidently pressed the reset to default settings button. That appeared to work OK. After that there was no wireless connection. When I press the wireless button or select tools Network I get the message wireless communication has been disabled.

I can find no way to re-enable it.

I have tried rebooting: PC, Router and printer - in various orders. Places on the INet tell me to use the Wireless setup wizard but I can't get to it.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have found a way around the problem. I found a YouTube video showing how to access the service menu. I used that to do a total reset, then set the printer up as if from new and then used the HP software to connect the printer wirelessly.

Perhaps the service menu option should be more widely known about!
