Printer no responding

HP Office Pro 8600
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hi, I have a message on the printer screen saying, There is a problem with the printer or ink system. I turned the printer on and off and followed the instructions on the website but I am not able to find a solutionto the problem. The printer is a HP Office Pro 8600 Any help please?
