Hello I have a fairly new Officejet 6970. Its connected to my 3 laptops via Wireless.
Today its stopped printing on their laptops wirelessly. Says "device offline". I have run Print and Scan Doc and that doesn't help. Says Device Status error.
A lot of the settings on the printer for wifi are greyed out and say "Control panel locked" - how do I remove this please?
It's asking for user name and password. Is it the same as HP Smart App user name and password?
