Hi @takeme2michigan

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

The new ink cartridges that you are using, are they both HP regular ink cartridges?

Make sure the printer is not enrolled in instant ink.

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

Also, check the web services status and turn it Off

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Wireless () and the Information () buttons at the same time. A Network Configuration Page prints.

  2. Under the General Information section, find the IP address. It's listed as URL(s) for Embedded Web Server.

Figure : Example of an IP address on the Network Configuration Page

  3. Open a new web browser window or tab.

  4. Type the IP address in your web browser's address bar, and then press Enter. The Embedded Web Server (EWS) opens.

  5. From the Home tab, click Web Services.

  6. Turn it off if it is already ON.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
