HELP! My printer quit printing black ink or is just printing blank pages. I installed new black and photo cartridges on 06.27.20 and printed a few things with no issues. On 07.02.20, I tried to print some things for work and all it spit out was blank pages!! I've uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded and updated to newest driver from website, cleaned printhead through the system AND manually, unplugged then back in and last but not least, replaced the new black cartridge and STILL NOTHING!!!! 😡😭 Can somebody please help? I've been trying to fix this for 3DAYS now and am near tears over this. 🥺

Hi @ashleyandkent,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
