My ink cartridges were low and when I replaced them all work except the black one hp 6525

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To better assist you - Are you able to make a black & white photocopy? 

 

While you respond to that, please print a Print Quality Diagnostic report -

 

1) Load plain white paper in the tray.
2) On the printer, touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report. 

 

Review the Print Quality report - 

 

  • If there are defects in the color bars, clean the printhead. Touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead. If print quality is unacceptable on the page that prints, touch Clean Again to perform a second cleaning.

  • If there are defects in the alignment patterns, align the printhead. Touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Align Printer.
