Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has stopped printing from my iPad and iPhone. They find the printer I press print and nothing happens.

Hi,

Try rebooting any of the devices and check again.

 

First unplug the router for a moment by unpluggng its power and allow it 3-4 minutes to start.

 

Once the router is up restart the printer and try printing again.
