My printer is low on TRI-Colour therefore i'm trying to print in only black and white but every paper comes out in strange purple, pink and black or at least with some colour. I change the setting when i print to black and white but it doesnt seem to work. On top of it all, now it shows I have 2 devices which of one is offline (when i only have 1 device and it's online). It is driving me crazy!!! Can i get some help pls?

Hello, 

 

You may remove the Tri-Color Cartridge and use printer with only Black Ink Cartridge.

 

That should resolve the issue. 🙂

You may remove the Tri-Color Cartridge and use printer with only Black Ink Cartridge.
