Why does the ink regulator say I still have one bar of ink left and it won't print? It acts like its printing but I keep getting a blank page. Do I need to install another ink cartridge? I'm assuming so but there is no message that tells me. OR could there be another reason why the printer is not printing? Any help is helpful. thank you.

@Micki55, Welcome to HP Support Community!

This could be an issue with the ink cartridge or the printer hardware itself. We'll have to isolate the issue, refer to the document Fixing Poor Print Quality for troubleshooting steps.

If the issue still persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/ink cartridge replacement

Hope this helps!
