I HAVE A HP ENVY 5000 ALL IN ONE SERIES. IT WILL PRINT WINDOWS LOGO IN COLOR. IT WILL NOT PRINT IN BLACK. IN DOING TROUBLESHOOT IT SHOWED A CODE 45?? THE PRINTER IS HOOKED UP WITH WINDOWS 10.

Color printing might still work when the black is struggling - even dark color printing that "looks black" can be accomplished with other than the black cartridge.
A quick check did not uncover the error code 45, though since black does not print, I would guess the code is related to the problem with the ink system.
