Printer not printing

HP Envy All in one series 5000

I can't print a document from my computer. The printer starts but the page comes out blank. I can't make a copy from the printer directly neither. I can hear the cartridge moving but the page comes out blank. The scanner works.

The black ink is almost full. The color one is low. But I set up to print in black only.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
