Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our Multi function Inkjet printer is reporting  a faulty HP61 Ink cartridge and it is a brand new cartridge out of the bag yesterday

 

So we have a printer that works in everyway but seeing a good black ink cartridge installed ugh

 

We have 2 full black HP61 Ink Cartridges that are good but our printer don't see it ugh

 

Is there anything we can do?

 

Thank you ahead of time for any ideas  🐵

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
