HP ENVY Photo 7800 All-in-One Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just trying to print a photo using the Photo Paper Tray, everything is loaded properly, settings on everything are adjusted to print using the correct tray, paper type, size, etc...but every time I try to print it, I get the error message "Load Paper in Tray". For whatever reason, it isn't recognizing the paper in the tray. Have tried everything to resolve the issue, but no luck so far. Please help!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

If the issue still persists, try these steps:

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
