Printer wont print keeps saying to go to website. Changed cartridge but still not working

To assist you better, is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?
Are you using Instant ink cartridges or regular HP ink cartridges in the printer?
What website is the message referring to? Kindly attach a picture of the same.
For now, let us try these steps:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Restart the web-services
Refer to this document to know how to turn off web services on the printer. Once off, wait for awhile and turn On web services.
