My printer has stopped working, both printing and copying. I keep getting the message “Printer Failure and that I have a problem with the printer or ink system. I have turned the printer off and on and unplugged it. I have taken out each printer cartridge and put it back in to no avail. What else can I do to fix it???

I'm afraid this seems like a hardware issue with the printhead. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
