Product: Hp envy 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer will go offline after like a day, I check the printer the power button is lit but when I hit the power button nothing happens. I have to unplug it so it will refresh then it will come back online. I do this every time, the problem is if I'm somewhere in the house and just want to print I can't because I have to unplug it all the time, not only that I'm signed up for instant ink and I keep getting a message saying it's not connected to a printer so it's kinda useless not being connected. I've downloaded all firmware,reset it and still nothing.
