I’ve been trying to fix my printer that has been seeming to go rogue, it started with pages losing quality and missing portions of a print job. Now it won’t print content on a page at all and only leaves the edge of the paper with huge wet spots of ink, my levels of ink appear to be fine with at least a quarter of both cartridges being full. What would be my proper steps for troubleshooting and fixing this?

I’m thinking it’s just the cartridges being bad but I want to make sure that’s actually the problem
