Printer Model: HP DeskJet 2600 All-in-One Printer series

 

Issues:

 

1--Printer printing blank pages with full color and black ink. I cleaned the copper on cartridges, still printing blank.

 

2--The exclamation light is on solid red next to it. Every time I press it, the printer prints a blank page, but still is on after pressing it 10-15 times. (each time prints blank page)

 

I tried diagnostics on HP app for printer, was complete and tried printing test page, but came out blank again.

 

Please advise.

Also, if you have another pair of cartridges, do try those.
