Hi there. 

I haven't used my printer for approximately 1, 5 years. I´ve changed the ink cartridges and the printer is showing no errors. Unfortunately when I print, everything sounds normal and the paper slides through as it is supposed to, but the paper is white when it comes out, without any sign of ink. I've run the HP print and scan doctor which shows no errors and done the test prints, both interior and ink cartridge test. I have also tried to scan and print in black and white and colour seperately, without any positive result. 

What can I do?

Let's try these steps - Fixing Poor Print Quality

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
