Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The cartridges on my printer seem fine, i.e. there does seem to be plenty of ink remaining.  However, when I try to print the colour GREEN, it comes out as YELLOW.

 

Does anyone recognise this problem please and more importantly, how it can be fixed.

Although my ink cartridges appeared to be showing reasonable levels of ink, I decided to replace them to see if that would do the trick, and it did.  It is somewhat disappointing really to have so much left in the cartridge and for it to malfunction.

Anyway folks, help not needed anymore.  thanks for looking though.
