Printer prints blank pages

HP Recommended
OfficeJet Pro 6975

I changed the ink in my machine and now it only prints blank pages.  I checked to see that everything was installed properly. It was printing correctly before I installed the new HP 902XL ink which also came with the machine.  What's up?

While waiting for a response a opened a second ink cartridge and tried it.  It works so the first new ink cartridge was faulty.  I will try to take it back to Office Depot and hope that will exchange it for another.  Thanks for the support.

I understand that you are facing issues with your OfficeJet Pro 6975 wherein it prints only blank pages.

This issue could occur if the ink cartridges are empty or not installed properly or the cartridges could be defective.

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

And here are a few steps in the link: Fixing Print Quality Problems
