I'm having trouble with printing. Every time I try to print a doc it just comes out as blank page even with it doing the whole printing process. I've checked if the cartridges are genuine and they are, I cleaned the back of the ink cartridges and it still the same the problem. I've tried scanning and then print said scan and it's the same.

Would like to know what the problem is. Pls and Thank you.

That didn't solve the problem, I've even cleaned the cartridges with a cotton swab with bottled water then dried it with the other dry end.

Try a new cartridge.
