Pictures not aligned correctly. I have 2 inch margin at bottom and truncated picture at top

Thanks very much for your help. I have only encountered the problem when printing 4 x 6" photos from my smart phone.  No problems with other documents.  However after posting my query, I had one more go and, with Windows photo viewer, it printed ok.  So the problem must lie with one of the other printing options.  So that seems to be the solution.

which application are you using to print?

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

What type and size of paper are you using to print?

 

For now, let us try these steps to resolve this issue: 

 

Make sure the correct paper size and type are selected in the application you are trying to print.

 

Check the print settings on the PC

Refer to this document to know the default settings
