Product: Hp 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hp 4650 printer. It will print sometimes but sometimes it says “ off line” it is connected to the internet

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Also, from the Wireless icon click the gear icon (settings) and select Print Reports, from there select Wireless Test Report.

Please evaluate the report, does it indicate for any warning or alert on its header?
