Product: HP Envy photo 7855

Hello, my grandfather bought a HP Envy Photo 7855 printer but threw away the set up cartridge that came with it before setting up the printer. I purchased ink but the printer is displaying a ‘cartridge problem’ error when I attempt the set up. How can I set up the computer without the set up ink?

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer which are particular for our printer model. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
