The Solution center shows bot black and color levels, but printer will not print in color. Cleaned printer head regular and mid level and set to regular.

I see that the issue persists. Please contact our Phone Support for cartridge replacement.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

I understand that you are unable to print in Color.
I appreciate you attempting all these crucial troubleshooting steps.
I'd like to help.
Please print a Self Test Page and let me know if the color prints

Load the input tray with unused plain white paper.

Press and hold the Cancel () button and then press the Start Copy Color () button.

Release both buttons. The self-test page prints.

If the color doesn't print, please follow the instructions in this Link to clean the cartridges
If the issue persists, please contact our Phone Support.
