Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cannot print in color from my PC.  I have installed-uninstalled-re-installed many, many multiple times.  Please Help I need to print in color with my card making software.  FYI - nothing from my PC prints in color but I can do print in color from my lap top.

Delete the HP driver at root level and retry. 
In the search box on the taskbar, type Control Panel and select it from the results.
Select Program and Features
Select your HP Printer 
Select Uninstall 
Open Devices and printers 
In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer.

If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device' 
Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo. 
Type printui.exe /s and click Ok.
Click on the "Drivers" tab 
Look for HP Printer driver.

If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom 
Select Ok 
Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows 
Close Devices and Printers 
Reboot your computer

So sorry I followed the instructions but still cannot print in color.

Roll back the latest Windows update.

I rolled back the latest Windows updates and still can not print in color.  Other than on preferences where it says COLOR I do not even see a menu to chooses B&W or Color.  Where is that option?  Oddly enough it prints in color from I-phone but I need it to print in color for my greeting card makings as well as some scrapbook projects.  That's why I bought it.  So frustrating and I have wasted time, ink cartridges and lots of paper trying to get it to work.  PLEASE HELP!

Yes, printer is new - fresh out of the box.  Easy to set up EXCEPT for the color issue from my PC.  Can print from my phone and lap top but I need to print from my PC.  Bought it from Amazon.
