Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Also, let us know if you've cleaned the electric contacts for the ink cartridges, cleaned the printhead (depending on the printer you have) and also, does the copier work without connecting the printer to a computer? please let us know, so we can help you accordingly.
