My C5180 has worked for years no problem. Suddenly stopped printing emails. Ie; I tried to print out my Ryanair Boarding pass and instead of 2 pages it came up with 56 !!  It also will not print a test page from your solution centre. I have tried resetting, nothing!  I have cleaned the paper select wheels in the back. My printer actually says no paper but when I use copy or scan it picks up the paper in the tray. I am lost please help asap.

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Which browser are you using to print email, did you try printing from different email?

Hi Sandy

I use Windows 10 ( pain) . The printer is connected by USB. The browser is Firefox and yes I have tried two different email companies with same result. I did try to see if I had missed any new Windows 10 updates but Im told they are up to date?  I have noticed that even when I try to print photos from my gallery they now print with a green tint. My cartriges are full so it must be a software problem.Ive had my printer C5180 for a few years awith no problems at all.

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

  • In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.
  • Remove all instances of the same.
  • Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
  • Close Devices and Printers. 
  • Restart the PC again.

Download and install the printer driver
