Product: hp officejet pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just put in a new Black ink cartridge into a hp officejet pro 8600 and it won't print... the error message is "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn on and off if it persists contact HP. I looked at the level of the cartridges and it said all were fine, green checks, except for the black it showed almost empty, It was purchased today and just installed. whats happening?
