Product: OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My Printer will not print or copy anything. I have updated the software. I have followed all the troubleshooting directions in shutting off the printer & computer a couple of times. The document to be printed goes to the print job and says it is connected (by WiFi) and printing, but does not print. I have tried to copy on the printer manually, but it only buffers. Troubleshooting shooting says nothing is wrong with the printer. It will not print a test page. Everything just buffers. My internet is good. And when I go to HP support to chat, I get the run-around and no help.
