Office jet 4620 e-all-in-one Series

No error messages when I try to print from my IPad. Printer goes thru all the motions but page is blank. I replaced the black ink cartridge and  cleaned the print head. Both printer and IPad are connected to the same WiFi network. The blue WiFi light is one and my iPad shows it’s connected.

Hi @Conniejo18

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand the printer is printing blank pages. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps:

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report

  1. On the control panel home screen, press the Setup icon .

  2. Press the button  next to the Down Arrow  until Reports displays next to OK.

  3. Press the button next to OK to select Reports.

  4. Press the button next to the Down Arrow  until Print Quality Report displays next to OK, and then press the button next to OK. The report prints.

  5. Check the report for defects.

For more info and troubleshooting print quality issues, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
