Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer will only print once I save documents on computer first, will not print from chrome. 
I'm not getting the "save to files" thing that others are talking about.
I hit CRTL+P,  printer names is there, I hit print, printer starts feeding paper, sounds like it is laying ink...blank page comes out. Same thing from i phone, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled drivers.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Did you try printing from from different browser and check if that prints fine?

 

Meanwhile:

Update printer firmware

Here are the steps:- Click here

 

If the issue persists, Reset your browser settings

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings and find the "Reset browser settings” section.
  4. Click Reset browser settings.
  5. In the dialog that appears, click Reset.
