Printer will print Walmart logo, but not the bar code/sku

I'm trying to print a gift card from Walmart.  When I click on the print page, it'll print the Walmart logo, but not the bar code/sku.

Nor will it print the pin#, or anything else, just the logo.

I can't explain why but my printers (not from HP) do the same with some bar codes specially on booking air tickets from one airline. My printers can print bar codes on eGift cards. Must be the way they generate bar codes.

My work around: I use screen dump (copy screen) ad paste to Word then print from Word.

I've tried saving to Word, still won't print.

After trying many different things, it seemed that it wouldn't print anything in black.  So I changed the cartridge.  The black one, of course.  And it still won't print anything that has black.
