It doesn’t boot up at all. I have tried unplugging, replyingI have the same problem with my OfficeJet Pro 8610. It doesn’t boot up at all.  I’ve tried unplugging and replugging (Power strip and directly to the wall) and I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the internet cable.  Also looked to see if there was a print job in the queue and there is not. Any help would be appreciated.
