My printer won't print anything. I changed the ink thinking that the ink was running low but still nothing prints out. It just prints out blank sheets of paper. I tried cleaning the printerhead twice but still nothing. I shut it up, unplugged it, and tried again but NOTHING is working.

Hello,

Listed below are the possible reasons for the issue you are facing.

  • No ink in cartridges.
  • Cartridges not installed correctly.
  • Issue with the print head.

Below is the link to document that should help in fixing this issue. Kindly perform all the steps.

If issue still persists, its time to service the printer as the printhead is a fixed part in this printer and cannot be replaced.

Regards,
Jabzi
