I cannot print or copy in color. This occurs if I send a job from the laptop or if I send it from the HP Smart app. The Print Quality Report and Print Status Reports both show that there is no color ink, even though the ink levels show full on the display and on the laptop. I have conducted the "clean cartridges" function. I have done a power reset on the laptop and the printer. This printer has given me so many headaches over the course of the year that I've owned it. I honestly wish I could afford another one, because this one is so problematic.
