Printer won't print says 'the indicated cartridges (black) are not intended for use in this printer.

HP Envy 4520 All-in-One Series
macOS 10.14 Mojave

My printer suddenly refuses to print. The printer states that  "the indicated cartridges (black) are not intended for use in this printer." I recently purchased the HP 63XL-Black cartridges from HP. I double checked and that is the correct cartridge for my printer, the HP Envy 4520 All-in-One Series. I tried both of my new black cartridges in the printer and still get the same refusal to print.  I have followed all the suggestions provided online, and am unable to fix. Please, please help me!
