When I turn on my printer, it says there is a paper jam and I have looked numerous times and there is no paper jam. When I push clear another notice pops up: 0x6100004a There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer off and then back on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP.

It will not print, scan, or fax. HP Smart can't find the printer and I have checked all of the connections. 

Please Help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the "Paper Jam" error.

 

Please try these steps - Paper Jam Error

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
