4630 inkjet printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Haven't used my printer (which used to do fine) in some time.  Now, when I order print, it seems to work mechanically but pages come out blank (ink levels in both cartridges good).  I'm not sure, but think Windows 10 may be ID'ing my printer differently than before. Otherwise, no idea.

I use my printer regularly. All-in-one 1513. Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

No issues until 2 days ago.

2 things had just happened:

1)  I installed a new cartridge.

2)  A message popped up that an update was available, so I installed it.

Now no images are printing.

I did the cleaning process twice.

I followed a suggestion to press a warm moist cotton pad on the base of the cartridge and, strangely, no black ink appeared on the pad.

Could it be a faulty cartridge?

I reinstalled the old cartridge, which was showing as "low" on ink, but there was no printing from that either.

thanks!

@Frustrated215  most likely there is a problem with the 1513.

Time for a new printer maybe.
