Printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed
Product: Officejet 6700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Missing or failed printhead message on my Officejet 6700 printer, and I've run through all the steps on the support page, from rebooting, unplugging, reinstalling ink cartridges, checking for a latch (there is none), downloading firmware updates (all firmware is up to date). What else can I do? Warranty ended in 2015.
