Printhead error message

HP Officejet Pro 8710 Printhead error
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot print because of the error "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.  I have tried powering off/on, unplugging, cleaning the cartridges, removing the cartridges, and reinstalling the printer. Any ideas? Thank you!
