Printhead message

I’m getting a message that says “The printhead Appears to to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.” What can I do to troubleshoot this problem?

Of course you can try to perform some troubleshooting steps to try to solve your printhead problem, here you have a document to try to solve problem

also you can try to update your printer firmware clicking here. and try to run this TOOL to diagnostic the problem
