Product: HP OfficeJet 7510
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My printer had identified a "problem with printhead" so I took the printhead out, cleaned it and put it back, however there is still a message saying "problem with printhead". It also says that there is a paper jam but there is absolutely nothing there. The printhead seems to have trouble moving and often violently slams against either edge of the printer!! 

 

Does anyone know a store that I could take the printer to be fixed or any idea what I should try?

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
